Busdriving in Funchal (Madeira)

On a Bus from the Botanic-Garden to the City-Center. The Streets are very narrow, sometimes the other vehicles have to leave the street or give way (revers).
The Film ends when the bus reaches the old road from Canico to Funchal.

At 1:30, you will see a bus in the opposite direction, that have to leave the road into an byroad, that goes downhill.

you'll see this bus as it will dive down the hill ;-)

At the end, the blue car have to reverse to give way to the bus.

The blue car is on the main road;-)

I think madeira got the best bus drivers....plus that is not the narrowest of roads in the island , try going in "quinta da rocha" number 40, near the end only bus fits, and maybe one very thin or brave person :) Loads more narrow roads to explore...... in buses or in car, the roads just above the sea, where the views are amazing, try the old roads from "sao vicente to porto moniz" and so many other great spots to see...any questions ?!? lol all the best !!!
