I hate the whole organic market strategy and how organic food costs 2 to 10 times more than normal food and how they make you think that's the only healthy way to eat, and if you want the best you have to pay more to be healthy...
I dont see how people call this unhealthy, i see my friends kids always been give KFC or Maccas for luch or snacks which is full of MSG salt fat...this is very healthy....also its much better than the jared baby foods u get in the shops. this is way healthyer for babies :)
@cookingstarz did u see the amount of oil?? it's not even 2 tablespoons...babies under 2 years of old require fats in their diet to build their brain cells.
@kitsue43 it locks the flavor in, instead of letting the taste escape, you rapidly coagulate more SA faster, its minor details like this that make the dish all that better
@mlxp How does heating the pan before the oil improve the flavor? Is it a significant difference? Or is that only when you are making a dish that requires a fairly large amount of oil?

Why do you westerners add oil before you heat the pan? Add oil AFTER the pan is searing hot, and you'd have a tastier meal
