So many people will order a venti cup filled with ice and four shots then go to the creamers and fill their cups up with half and half. @CoffeeCupNews Have or hate? We have them because we need to give people what they want; it would be rediculous to turn down business.

If you meant hate, we don't always hate them. If we're really busy, it gets us out of rhythm. But that's the same with anything-if there's only one person on bar with a line of hot drinks and someone orders a bunch of fraps it can be just as annoyng. The rhythm is most important, but remember baristas can be in bad moods too!
