So, I'm rather curious... judging from the comments that I assume are from current LDS members...
If some one's whole life is spent in an orginazation, then a person feels that it is right to leave it... isn't that person entitled to voice their opinion and the reason for their choice?
I say YES!!.. but that might just be satan speaking through me. *sarcasm*

Be carefull there. I, as a Mormon, feel deeply troubled that your judgmental approach is a tad ruthless.
-
at least you stand up for yourself by leaving the LDS . mormons are not the only one's who have ownership on God

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

You know the hardest thing to do in life is to know Christ. Have a connection with the holy ghost. And then loose it and try to deny it. Satan has tried and tried to do this for SOOOOOOOOOOO long now. Even satan himself cannot do it. Neither can this guy. But I do wish him the best of luck trying.

I feel sad for you not being able to see the big picture. If we are to follow Christ's teachings, we should be ok with and listen to criticism. Christ was one serious dude. Besides that, there ARE truly happy, fulfilled people existing outside of Mormonism. Peace out! :)

I feel sad for this individual who has lost his testimony and faith. He unfortunately has taken it to a level of now fighting those whom he previously fellowshipped with including his family members. But more importantly, he has entered into a very dark area of apostacy. I hope he can find his way back, as I did from my excommunication just 3 years ago. Peace!
I'm glad I went to a church with kind hearted people. After I came out as an atheist, they didn't think any less of me and didn't treat me like I was doing Satan's work. I can only imagine what it would be like leaving a church like lds/mormons. I heard the rumors they start and how they almost completely shut you out of their life. The ones that do still talk to you only do so thinking they can convert you back. They think you're some lost sheep or something.
