for devices not being detected by the zune software disconnect the device then try restarting it(back button and top of the pad) and connect if again if its still not recognized, restart the device while connected. If the same problem call support for more troubleshootin(1-877-getzune)

OMG.. Seriously im getting pissed off .. Its been days since i got my zune & I havent been able to add one single song.. Im about to throw it down the window ! My problem is with the sync , I connect my zune to my computer & my computer detects it & all, My zune charges & all but when i put on the Zune software it shows that its not connected! WTF>? My zune device shows that is connected but the software says it isnt!! >:( I dont know what to do ! I've tried millions of things , nothin works!

I went through the web help and it doesn't help at all! All its telling me is Blah Blah Blah. Its telling me What "could" be wrong, not what is wrong.! Somone plz?
