Sam and I review the new Destroyer album "Kaputt." Dan Bejar and friends take a calm and cool approach for an often sensual, always interesting album. We had trouble finding much to dislike about the mix of indie rock, 80s pop, and smooth jazz that is executed to perfection over 9 fantastic tracks. • @hgkwbsx7 I'M OLD AS FUCK

  • @lucadepu young dudes appreciating/analysing music. its great to see.

  • This album is fucking terrible.

  • Nice review. Like the fellow on the right, this album turned me on to Destroyer. Just so much more going for it than everything else that tends to fall under the indie rock umbrella. Sensual lyrics, soft yet catchy vocal hooks, and the use of the saxophone adds a much needed sense of nostalgia. My one area of disagreement would be that I loved "Downtown."

    Cheers from British Columbia, Canada.
