@msbreeden Good for you - you have a conscience and can care about the horse's welfare, so you're not driven by the ego charge that comes from control. Please speak out about what you know.

@SkippysCopperTop that is absolute rot - horses are beaten, their mouths mangled and their spirits broken in lots of these so-called top performance disciplines, not just puissance, and made to do what they don't want to do. All for the human EGO and nothing more.

@proud2bpagan thank you
-
those horses are legends, as well as their riders!
-
all of these horses are unbelivable but jumping such a big wall isnt good for them.if they are forced to do it ,in the future they will hate what they do and they will never jump again
-
@krs7g4 Then you havn't seen many horses trained english. For a generalization though, horses bred for the Dressage and Jumper competitions are hotter tempered than horses bred for western disciplines. Saying a horse that bucks doesn't trust its rider is like saying, a child that pitches a fit doesn't trust its parents. Horses buck for many reasons, one of which is the simple expression of excitement.

@MissWatermelonSundae Congrats! I wish you the best of luck.You're living my dream! Keep ridin'!

you have to give these horses credit even if they didnt win, they attempted it.

@proud2bpagan yes it is, sadly.
The horses have to have an unbelievable amount of trust in its rider, to leap of such a wall, that they have no idea what is on the other side... You gotta <3 them
