  • lol closed course my ass lol. both my dads 00 sierra 4.8L and my 08 f150 4.2L are about the same as yours. my dads is a 4x4 ext cab with about 70k miles, rated 275hp. wont peel out but takes off after 2-3k rpms. then my 08 f150 4.2L V6 manual reg cab shortbed 2wd with 3.55 posi rearend is a little quicker than my dads sierra. what engine do you have?

  • It's a 4.7L V8

  • lol, that was a good one fomocowby

glad to see there are a few tundra supporters out there.

  • I was in 3rd gear. The older model Tundras have a 4 speed automatic. Taking the overdrive off will put the truck in 3rd.

  • sorry for the late reply... i have K&N intake with TRD stainless steel headers, flowing to a JBA Y pipe, finally exiting out dual TRD stainless steel exhaust pipes. It sounds sooooo nice inside my truck. This video does it no justice!
