There's a much enhanced three player version available now, google for "IK+ gold" by The Dreams. Sorry no emulators, only the real machine (with a 4-player-adapter for 3 players)...
Very much fun! Just don't try to play against the guy that made it, it's just depressing! ;-) He actually *finishes* the minigame with the balls!...

I was always puzzled by this games lack of 'international' content.
