  • Anyone watching this is prob suffering from this. Therefore the background of the video (yes, cool and suiting) should not worsen the symptoms. Too much movement on the screen. Unnecessary for sufferers.

  • @VisualSnow1 just visual snow but i like to call it "static vision". its just like a "spaceyness" to me where i feel like im in a dream and everything looks dull and flat. I really have no other problems other than depression and anxiety and those are worse than the VS. The meds help with the VS but i feel like decreasing my anxiety has alot to do with not noticing it as much. Id give the meds a try and if they help thats good! you could notice them working instantly like i do or in a few weeks.

  • @TheGncGuru And that medication was Celexa and it cleared all your problems did you only had visual snow or more like tinnitus or blue field and after images etc? Let me know please?

  • @UFO00000000000000000 yeah but what really bothered me was not being able to focus. I felt like my periferal vision took up an excessive amount of my vision. so far the only ways i think you can help yourself is either take meds, exercise, diet, get sun, or stay away from the tv. probably doing all 5 is by far the best advice possible. the meds havent totally cleared it, but totally cleared the obsession that was wayyyy worse.

  • @TheGncGuru pal did u have visual snow or snow vision ?>

  • @VisualSnow1 all you guys should really try the antidepressant celexa. it totally cleared my "spaceyness" and obsessive thoughts. im guessing these distortions are from chemical imbalances. all i can tell you is being able to visually process things again aka "visual memory" has mad an enormous difference on my quality of life. i remember looking around the house and what i would see wouldnt register in my head like my visual memory was all fucked up. celexa fixed all this and i almost cried
