2 SETS MILITARY PRESS 8-12 REPS
2 SETS UPRIGHT ROWS 8-12 REPS

This workout was performed inside of a Planet Fitness which in our opinion sucks

  • @TriniChula84 If you're experiencing any back pain, then you should try strengthening your lower back muscle. I only know of two exercises to do this. The Bird-Dog and the Superman. That should either help or eliminate your back pain. Getting breast reduction is blasphemy!

  • satch grip push press-5x5,push jerks-5x5.these are a great alternative to the standard press,upright row etc.shrugs i usually put in on back day-snatch grip shrugs-5x5.

  • @survival3three are u a fucking idiot? 40 sets per day? damn bitch u overkilling like shit, mate i do 6-8 sets per muscle so i do about 16 sets a day and i gain muscle just as fast as anyone else, ur muscle only rcover for 48 hours there is no need to do massive amounts of sets because it doesnt make u recover faster

  • @dmoses16 I will tell you why. When you go below parallel, you go in to a "rest mode", meaning the stress goes from your shoulders and more to your triceps. It is the "press" movement that stresses your shoulder. You train your front / middle deltoids in most compound movements, so i think it´s a good idea to cut back on a exorcise like the shoulder press, because when you press from below parallel, there is a huge preasure on your deltoids. Upright rows DO hit both trapz and deltoids
