For those wondering, I was using my Springfield XD40, as part of the process of "blooding it", and it performed flawlessly.

  • awesome stuff man! its me randy...i took the SCT intro to handgun/carbine course with you in sacramento....this looks like a great course! i may try to take it one of these days...good shooting!

  • @rspeed9i6 Hey Randy! I see from your vids that you've been practicing the skillzz!

  • I've known Dan for a long time and it's good to see him get the positive press he deserves.

  • @mrbeef523 Yep, he's definitely the real deal.

  • @jimkressin. This is Dan. I am not NRA Certified, as we do not teach NRA curriculum at our Training Center. We developed our curriculum based on the best input and practices from our Instructors, taking the different aspects of combat shooting from the Military, Law Enforcement, and Civilian training and combining what we feel is the best of all 3.

  • @BullseyeUSA Hey Dan! Thanks for chiming in here.

  • I took their Intermediate Pistol class a few weeks ago. It had a large classroom component where we worked on grip, trigger press, aiming, and other techniques. The class ultimately ended on the range putting the lessons learned into practice.

The entire class was 1 on 1, just me and the instructor (not Dan for me). Though I don't have much class experience, I thought the class was excellent. I was free to ask questions the entire time. I plan to take more classes in the future.

  • I'll try to put a quick video up this week.

  • I thought that was bad ass sir

  • Great video. I've been to bullseye several times and their staff was very accomodating and knowledgable about their products. Their prices on the other hand were a little steep. Im from northern california as well and used to live in Santa Rosa but currently reside in Fort Bragg.

  • For 1 on 1 training that is great prices! I really like on the last part of vid how he is right there yellin. I would love to take his course

  • Man, in the beginning there with the footage of you training, that target came at you pretty fast and I wasn't expecting it haha(the 2nd time it went at you)

  • im glad i went back and watched this

  • @KlezmerGuy If I remember correctly you took your course with Josh, our Chief Instructor. I am current military (Staff Sergeant/E-6 in a local SAPPER unit). All of our instructors (currently 4 on staff) are former LE/SWAT or US Military Combat Arms.
