  • What model is that husky saw?

  • 3120xp

  • How much did you guys bid on that job? Was it $1000 or more?

  • it was more

  • allmark tree very nice work and nice saws they seemed to be fairly sharp. i found it all to be quite straight forward crane work. i normally cut straight through to push logs off, but when working with cranes i am more use to using snap cuts. I use a bell & bead choker. if you are familiar with bell and bead choke it above your head and climb down. start the snap cut on other side of tree from yourself. come in on your side until they almost meet, climb down and crane can snap the shit safely

  • The ones for skidding logs?

  • i cut down a tree in my yard resently about twice the size cut and split it got about 6 cords from it

  • @jimbojamesIV the tree itself was probably worth 500.

  • @djaloshi69 Hope you healed up ok, that's a life-threat situation what happened to you.

  • @EdVidz I did while back.Thank God I wasn't allergic, bc I was covered in hornets. And that night I had a fever of 100 or more. My face was so swallowne that noone recognized me for a while.

  • @djaloshi69 You were paid more than $1,000 to cut down the tree?

    Are you joking?

By the way, I can only imagine how much a tree is worth.

The whole business is so shady.

  • Im guessing around the 5000 dollar mark?

  • @djaloshi69 He wouldn't have the equipment he has if it was $1000. People are in this business to make money not friends.

  • @djaloshi69 i would imagine 5000+ easily look at all the equipment the crane alone would cost that.

  • @xst276 Well when you put in almost 1/2 of your life living in the forest with a tree company contracting for power companies and logging for quite awhile let me know lol

  • @rider660r Long Island Ny And yes alot of saw time everyday we have some monster tree's over here but nothing my stihl's cant handle ;)
