Nice animation, what tool did you use? The phase angle of your pistons is all wrong. The engine would never work as shown. You need to look at the phase of the working fluid, not just the pistons. The linear alternator is also a bad idea. the magnets slow to a stop at each end of stroke. You don't have a flywheel either. Just replace linear alternator with axial flux gen/starter and it will double as the flywheel. Flywheel speed would be constant so much better output than linear alt.
Amazing! I've been looking for the similar idea when I saw The New Stirling engine from Infinia Corp. Love your work! waiting to see the first prototype!
1) Engine is pressure independent(enclosed in shell). This gives several advantages. First is that the working mean pressure can be increased by will, which is going to increase the thermal efficiency. This in turn will decrease the requirement for a large temperature difference, which in turn is again going to increase thermal efficiency, and is bringing this engine to a Carnot efficiency(close).

I dont think it will work like this, seems you have the phase angle wrong between the displacer and piston?

Hydrogen can be used as working gas, and it will not be recharged as in other cases of stirling engines. It can simply no leak out.
The generator in the engine is genius.

Let's analyze it!
