Nicely played and you've a good voice.

As for the recording I'd recommend you use a de-esser.

What this does is compress the frequencies in the 'S' sound.

The other option is to use an equalizer to reduce the 6-7 Khz band.

The 3rd 'manual' option is to put cotton wool between you front teeth.

Yeah, I generally go with the first two as well.
