They were built vastly different than your average ape due to their incredible size. If you took a normal human and made him 10x as large in all proportions he'd collapse from his own weight.

and those bones belonged to the family of great apes not humans. Look at the fossils before saying they belonged to humans. The reason dinosaurs got so big cuz of the environment, the great apes fossils were shown to be millions of years later after the age of the dinos. Your saying giant mammals existed with dinos well not really, mammals at those time were the size of a house cat, cuz they weren't the dominant species until the dinos got extinct study, analyze and research, before claiming.
