@fckthathoe75 No this is a common thought though. A specific Gonstead Chiropractic adjustment does not hurt because the joint is placed in a neutral position in preparation for the correction and the actual adjustment is very shallow. The key is to make sure the patient is not twisted and that only the dysfunctional components of the misalignment are influenced in the correction. All the best, Dr Ian

@MartinHeinmets The side lying position was used for demonstration purposes. I am often asked by both patients and practitioners how the pelvic bench can be used in later term pregnancy. Actually, the knee chest for L5 is very technical and quite difficult to master well. For many it is more difficult than side posture. We actually plan another pregnancy video where we adjust the patients 2nd sacral segment on the knee chest. Footage to come, includes knee chest adjustments for L5. All best Ian
