Mongolian (Yuan dynasty) ram horn bow shooting demo

Mongolian horn bow shooting demo. Notice, this bow is made from ram (sheep) horns..

The shooting technique is in ancient form, grip rotate in the bow hand and the upper bow ear "jump" to the position pointing to the target.
It happened simultaneously with the arrow release, not after the arrow release.. caused by two torques in the bow hand... Kind of like spring release.

這是在還在整建中的內湖運動中心射箭場拍的..採光比較好..那天的心情也比較好..射的也比較好..

流暢..自然.. 但是所有的技巧跟動作都有做到.. 這是我這幾多年來的體悟..

所謂 "道法自然".. 但是自然不是亂無章法..."道" 的自然是一種至高的境界..要有堅實的基礎..

講成白話文就是說..鑽研學習了許多艱深的技法..許多意象訓練等的心法..許多儀式禮節...等等..

綜合所有的一切並將其以流暢不做作不拘謹..像呼吸喝水一樣自然的方式表現出來..
