Here's the 2nd commercial break aired during the television premiere of the made-for-TV movie "Escape from Iran: The Canadian Caper" on CBS (WDAU-TV 22 Scranton, PA); Enjoy! :D

2. Sears video spectacular (as old-commercial freaks, we LOVE the old TV & VCR! Back when the remote was hooked up to the VCR (!) & just for pausing, apparently.)

3. Kellogg's Corn Flakes (Basically what they're saying here is that Corn Flakes taste like nothing, so you have to put stuff on them for flavor.)

4. The Legend of the Lone Ranger trailer (*with no expression in the voice* Who is that masked man.)

5. Oil of Olay (We love how this woman says "greasy" LOL*)

6. CBS Special Movie Presentation bump:
"We will return to the television premiere of Escape from Iran."

7. The Wonderful World of Phillip Malley (Listen to the VO guy fake-chuckle when he says "wacky gizmo". rotfl)

8. Rivkin: Bounty Hunter (Not only is he dangerous, but he's also armed and dangerous. And bad, REEAL bad.)

9. "This is CBS" bump w/ V/O

10. Keep Eugene Hickey Mayor Ad (Hickey. Heh. Love how "The preceding was a paid political announcement" sounds like SNL's Don Pardo. And as a writer & word-lover, I love the phrasing of "Didn't offer pie-in-the-sky or comic book approaches".)

11. Hollywood Squares (lol @ Phyllis Diller's hat. & I want whatever Peter Marshall was on in this commercial.)


12. A beautiful WDAU-TV22, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre waterfall bump w/ V/O that kind of squiggles into the end of another CBS Special Movie Presentation bump (that led back to the movie).

Do you have the whole movie? I would love to see it now that the movie "Argo" is out telling the same story.

Right? You know, just the other day I was thinking, "Since Ben Affleck's doing the Iran hostage crisis thing, maybe we should check out Iran-Canadian Caper." (Since discovering it among our parents' old tapes in 2003, we never actually watched it; just fast-forwarded the movie to watch the commercials - How's that for ass-backwards!)

We'll totally post it if you want. Just keep you fingers crossed that it doesn't breach any copyright protection crap. It's probably public domain by now, anyway.

Unbelievable. Just minutes ago I was searching you tube for 'Rivkin Bounty Hunter' and came up empty. Then I just happen to click on this and wouldn't you know it, there's a short promo for it in this clip. That blew my mind man.

Yes, please! After hearing about the new movie I did a search and found an article about the director of "Escape From Iran," (I'd post the link here if I could). He's trying to get the film released on DVD and Blu-Ray.
