  • @oddeye100 That's interesting...

How do you feel about the Mayan calendar?

Do you think it was a big mistake or the Mayans actually predicted something was going to happen in 2012

  • @niber1234567 The short answer is that it is all a mistake made by archaeologists before they could read the Maya glyphs. Now they can read them, they know the calendar does not end in 2012 and that the Maya never predicted the end of the world or any of the crazy stuff you can read on the internet. If you go to the home page on our jaguar stones website and click on: The Truth about 2012 - we show you what archaeologist now know.

  • @oddeye100 in the first book wasn't lord six-dog called six-rabbit and didn't Lola call Max hup not hoop? I was confused by that

  • @niber1234567 Middleworld, was originally published in a small print run by a local publisher. It did well and the Jaguar Stones series was purchased by Egmont USA who re-edited the book before publishing it in huge numbers in paperback. The re-edit gave us the opportunity to bring the Maya information up to date, as archaeologists are constantly making new discoveries. Our jaguarstones website more fully explains the changes, but youtube won't let me give you the exact link.

  • @niber1234567 Youtube doesn't let me put in a link. But, if you paste the following sentence into a google search it will find the correct page on our website that explains what changed and why: the-differences-between-the-middleworld-hardback-and-paperback/

  • Is the third book out yet?

  • @niber1234567 We're actually doing the final edits to Jaguar Stones, Book 3 at this very moment! It will be called The River of No Return, and it will be on sale in summer 2012. There will be a sneak peek of Chapter One in the paperback of Book 2, on sale in February 2012. J&P Voelkel
