@CleanFun625 McDonalds doesn't really decompose. It might stay in your stomach for a LONG time..that's likely why millions of people get overweight/obese from McDonalds. Food from some other restaurants mould a lot faster and a lot more than MDs, so you can see how bad MDs is for you!

@youboob1979 i think you're missing the point. The point is to make you wonder about what kind of chemicals those fries have to last so long? and how are those chemicals affecting your body?. Of course you'll digest them if you eat them but are those chemicals affecting your body?

Well, maybe people should stop eating potatoes and vegetables, too, then, because they too turn pretty moldy and disgusting--sometimes even faster than McDonald's food. So, if the experiment here is to see how fast, or if, they mold and rot, well, just about everything organic that is moist will.
