@crimsongloryXV Boston Legal is a spin off of the Practice. Alan Shore and Denny Crane were featured in both, although Crane just in the last four episodes of the Practice. In fact, Spader and Shatner were the first actors to receive an Emmy Award for playing the same character in different shows.

@joeblon I think Kelsey Grammar won Emmys all for playing Dr. Frasier Crane (more Cranes) in Cheers/Wings/Frasier.
