Microsoft Sucks

Microsoft has some issues in letting people control what they can do in their account, before you can't remove your credit card unless you called them. Now it's a feature called automatic renewal where they renew your Xbox Live account and you have to call them to turn it off.

Are you all dumb? can you cancel your cable threw your tv? or do you call your electric company every month and tell them you want them to leave the service on for another month? It renewed last year so is it magically going to stop cause they went into your house and seen you didnt have it? It is in the terms of use at the TOP in BIG BOLD red letters. Even a whole other page telling you 'your next billing date it...' emails are even sent BEFORE renew, go to PS3 and get shit for service..
