  • After you cut your curd, strain it, salt it, and enjoy.

    Fresh cheese curds are amazing. I LOVE getting cheese curds from cheese shops in Wisconsin, but because I love in Kentucky, that's a little hard to do.

    You know they're fresh when you bite into them and they squeak.
