@Kaagh178 I hate to say this but dr who has to use the daleks in every season or the would lose the rights to use them completely. It would be nice to see a break from the daleks but then we would lose them forever. :(

They are making a Series 5 set to broadcast in 2010, but it is unfortunately rumoured to feature Daleks. I hope not, though. They need a break from them. No Daleks in the Specials this year, though. But, the Master and the Time Lords are back instead! IMO, that's MUCH better!
