Hope you all enjoy this and that you find my husband somewhat humorous ;)

This is Colby's favorite dessert! It's so quick and easy to make (and really cheap, too)... delicious, but definitely not healthy!

Ingredients:
2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 sticks of butter, softened, divided
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
2 tsp vanilla divided
2 (8oz) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Coat 13x9 inch pan with nonstick
cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese and 4 tablespoons butter in large bowl;
beat at medium speed with mixer until mixture is creamy.
Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar. Beat in 1 tsp vanilla.

Unroll 1 package crescent rolls, place in bottom of prepared
pan ( do not separate rolls at perforations). Press dough to
stretch to edges of pan, pressing to seal perforations. Spread
cream cheese mixture in even layer over dough.

Unroll remaining package crescent rolls on top of cream
cheese mixture. Again do not separate and pinch perforations
together.

In small saucepan melt remaining 6 tablespoons butter, stir in
remaining 1/2 cup sugar, remaining 1 tsp vanilla and cinnamon.
Spread evenly over dough. (We just melted the butter in a bowl in the microwave and stirred in the other ingredients.)

Bake 30 minutes or until cheesecake is slightly puffed and top
is golden brown. Cool before cutting onto squares.

BONUS- If you're feeling extra indulgent: Before serving warm in microwave approx. 22 seconds, top with ice cream and drizzle with honey.
