Im not really sure about this question however as an expert at 3gp files it might thought tht the Vista Windows Media player might not be able to play 3gp files. Try converting the 3gp videos into another format or download a 3gp media player. HOPE THIS HELPED!

Hi GUYS,
(REPLY TO 940414) To convert 3gp files into avi or something you can download 2 programs called -> Free 3GP Converter or AVS Video Converter. I think they are both free however if you do need a license for it post a comment here and ill send one for you mate. Thanks!
