thats bullshit! my polaris never let me down!!!!!! yamaha raptor???? give me a break!!!!! yamaha craptor is the word

On a yamaha on command you have to stop everytime you switch to limited or locking diff. How's that gonna help you when you miss determined the trail or find out the mud hole is deeper than you thought. I'd rather have the machine that thinks for itself.Think about it, yer in 2wheel drive all the time then it gets hairy, switches to lock diff then back when you don't need it.Piece of mind to me.

polaris are junk

@dash11111111 u are telling the truth
-
why would u want 2wheel drive in one of these
-
Grizzly all the way

@reaped999 yes you can. You can put it in 4x2 where it will ONLY spin the rear or 4x4 where it will spin the rears until they start to slip then all 4.

The repair shop owners thank God every day for the Polaris Sportsman. The machine single-handedly sends all their kids through college. :-)

so in polaris you cant choose fulltime 2x4 drive... i mean that you cant spin only reartires... WTF
polaris is shittttttttttt in every aspect

@Mrgmail15 I drove a Polaris a few years back that wouldn't lock in 4wd automatically like it was supposed to. How is Polaris better?
Not only does Yamaha have a better reliability/durability than Polaris, their 4wd and diff lock systems rarely fail.
At least with Yamaha, I can lock it BEFORE it's needed, and I would know if it DOESN'T lock before I need it.
By the time you find out a Polaris won't lock, it's too late because THAT'S when you NEED it to lock. Again, HOW IS POLARIS BETTER?
