A normal card costs around 200 bucks nowadays.
And again, im sure alot of people that record off their screens actually care about stuff they need, like food,water,etc., not stuff that they dont need. Like a capture card.

a normal person can afford a capture card after 1 days work who is a non independent so buy a card for 50 bucks now and enjoy or drop 150 on an hdmi one!

Well, recording in front of your tv is easy, and free.
For a normal person, Capture cards are expensive, and complicated.
And im sure alot of people that record off their tv's dont exactly care about people's opinion of quality.
