I think the government needs to make it easier for loving families to legally adopt these children.... that is a better fate for the child than to be sold into slavery at a Cambodian brothel... which also happens a lot.

@CLdreams No. We kids should have a say in who adopts us. Unfair. We kids need choices. If parents can choose what kid to get, we need to have a say in who adopts us.

The video may have been posted in Dec 2007, but it was shot several years earlier. The brothel district shown, called Svay Pak, was closed down many years ago.In addition, the comment made about the guy in Bangkok allegedly seen openly with a young child for sexual purposes is a downright lie. I live in Bangkok and anything like that is very much underground and has been for decades.Speak against child exploitation, but don't make up lies about it.

2008 at my Asia trip i had some really disqusting situations . One of them was in Bankok on a Saturday Night with a german guy 55-60 years old he had a 10-12 years old Thai child on the hand and i thouth that something at this situation is really wrong , i had a conversation with him and the situation was really clear at my opinion .... so i told him that i will call the police if he don't let the child go and after that he was like ohh k no problem i will go ect.

@MultiHockey28 i don't know if you've listened carefully but there isn't any other choice. These people are pretty poor and they seem to be very "vulnerable" and will do anything to get money. Because these people are vulnerable, they can't choose any other option but to sell their children. I'm cambodian and I'm human..please don't offend us like that..Thank you.
