did you just say that sage clears out negative energy? How?

I'm not sure if anyone knows the science behind it. Like most things, it's probably more of a symbol and mentally a reminder to try and think more on the good natured, positive side rather than the negative. It's been used since the beginning in Native American ceremonial practices. It's suppose to clear out negative energy , negative spirits, and impurities. I've always been interested in Native American practices and I feel like the scent of sage (like lavender) is calming to the soul :)

I've never been there but I hear it's a nice place. What's the vibe like regarding large groups talking? I need to go check it out :)

That twist and lock pudding is great. Although, it's not really a pudding. It's a weird mix between grainy gel and whipped stuff.

The meetup sounded like it was a great time! I'll stay tuned for future meetups later in the year. Jan, I will have had my 3rd baby. I'm trying to figure out if it will be easier to continue transitioning while at the hospital, or to do the big chop with 3-4 inches of new growth? I'll be recovering from a c-section. Any suggestions? Happy Thanksgiving!
