I used to flight often from Mexico to China by JAL the plane stops in Vancouver for 2 hours then lands in tokyo another 2 hours, from Vancouver to Tokyo i witnessed a Mexican woman fighting with the Japanese flight attendant because she scold her for chaging her baby diaper not inside the bathroom

I totlaly agree. Unfortunately, JAL have outsourced many of their routes to subsidiary JALways which operates with inferior Thai crew, pretending to be gracious Japanese.

JAL provides superior service, flight attendants are pleasant, gracious and professional. and i can say that JAL is one of the best airlines that I have flown on. SQ and Cathay can't compare to JAL.

Better service and also better in-flight amenities. European carriers used to be really good too, but I have no idea what happened to them.

Nonsens. Singapure Airlines and Thai are much better. I flew all three of them many times.
