Prince Charles made a surprise visit to Glastonbury yesterday to mark the festival's 40th anniversary.

After meeting festival founder Michael Eavis, he headed for theGreenpeace field where he was shown round by John Sauven, chief executive of Greenpeace UK.

This year the field is themed around rainforest destruction which Charles, as the head of The Prince's Rainforest Trust, obviously has a keen interest in. If you're at the festival, and you're reading this on the dying battery of your iphone, then why not drop by our field? If you're not there, maybe just check out our forests campaign instead.

  • @2079423644 - your right animals are cool, no ones disputing that, but just buy a hamster, a cat or a dog, there adorable, foxes are little shits, they eat chickens, they go to farms and kill poor helpless chickens, ALSO - pigs.cows chickens etcs are kept on a farm with the sole purpose of killing them, there is no escape for a cow, a fow atleast gets a chance to get away, so if anything the fox has the better deal

Well, perhaps if humans didn't create shameless corruption and weren't greedy while others went homeless or impoverished I'd have more compassion for them, but my compassion goes to animals of nature. They are beautiful and innocent. People could learn from them.

  • @2079423644 - ok im sorry that i dont care about foxes, im more concerned with the homeless humans, wars, shameless corruption, and poverty in the world, once we sort them maybe we can take a look at foxes,

  • @dan11009

It is clearly evident you are not intelligent so I will make this brief for a dimwit like you: HARMING ANY ANIMAL (INCLUDING FOXES YOU ARSE, YOU) IS WRONG. FOX HUNTS ARE CRUEL.

  • @2079423644 you belong in a prison, talking about killing people with foxes, you nutter - if rich people want to keep horses and dogs, train those animals and treat them well then im all for that. you fail to notice that the horse and the dogs in fox hunts are actually very well treated, and if a few foxes get a few bruises as a result then I dont mind turning a blind eye.

  • @dan11009

I'll take a fox to a human any day -- they don't murder, rape or create war. Humans are THE WORST animals on the planet. Leave the foxes alone -- they're harmless and have a right to be here too.

  • @2079423644 - easy you, foxes are a pain in the arse, but you want to kill humans that hunt them> thats hypocrisy ya lunatic

  • I Live King Charles!

  • the men-haters are flying low nowadays
