@majorl311 - No lasers. PaveSmart 3D uses a combination of total station (a robotic target-following theodolite) and GPS. Curves, straights, whatever, are taken from the digital site plans and put into a computer onboard the paver. Machine then goes where its told by the total station & GPS....up, down, left right, you name it. Neat, huh?

This is some of the best curb work I have ever been, could it really be stringless. Very impressive keep up the good work Leica.
