man my spica 1 month of use less than 24hs on stand by baterry is dead! >:-wtf!

when i connect mine to the pc on new samsung studio it connects but wont let me send any music or vids to it and i can send any from my phone to my computor because it says the device does not support file transfer... wtf help plz??
