Noel does not answer the question,although he is as articulate about it as he was. The fear of death,or of dying is the fear of letting go.Letting go of existance,and thats it.Fear of the unkown,because no matter what you are told you do not "know" what comes after death.Also,when the lioness kills,she suffocates her prey mercifully and in her jaws she cuts off the breath and waits till the heart stops beating before any partaking is allowed.

No. Even though Emily may sound hippy-ish, and came from that milieu (though she doesn't take pot either) this is Noel's house, and he is of a far older vintage.
Noel was my professor of religious studies at school, and has remained a friend ever since.
