Inside the the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity at Taksim Square in Istanbul, Turkey is a beautiful icon of Our Lord Jesus Christ and Saviour that is ALIVE ...

If you look at the video from 20 seconds onwards and carefully you will see that the face of Christ is blinking and showing emotions just like a human being :-)

It was an amazing experience and a blessing and Glory to God ...

  • I am not claiming this is a miracle, I am not worthy to see such a wondrous thing. There are no tears or weeping myrrh ... it is simply that the icon of Christ in real life and in the video had expression in His face and his eyes moved like He was real. This brought me to extreme humility and repentance when I was there and it has stayed with me ... it is something I wanted to share with the world.

  • You can say it is curved glass, you can call me stupid and you can call me blind for my faith ... but despite any of this - I know what I experienced was real and I know Christ is real and that is Truth in my life, unshaken and not stirred by any atheist. Linos77, I hope you can experience this inner peace too one day.

  • Oh, and by the way - the glass was not curved. The icon is publically available and can be tested for that theory.

  • Genuine, amazing. Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life. This video shows that icons can be windows to heaven. It shows that Jesus is not angry. He blinks and doesn't have an angry look but a half smile. Unlike other religions of the world, Jesus demonstrates his reality through signs such as these, through healing the sick, raising the dead, casting out demons and other acts of supernatural power

  • @menelaostube impede in my day to day affairs. I refuse to tolerate fanaticism in everything....religion,sport,race etc. it only brings arguments and subsequent violence. Just look around you!! My Best Wishes

  • @menelaostube Crimes, in the name of religion are committed by religious fanatics NOT by your run of the mill everyday people. You CAN be against any religion you like, and THAT IS your democratic right...but do not force your views on other people, because it is THEIR democratic right to believe in their religion. I am talking about the rights of people and you bring Jesus in the conversation and that is NOT what i am talking about. I respect ALL religions as long as they are legal and do (cont)

  • @helios180746

I am not favoring any organised religion, I think that crimes were and are still being commited in their name! That's why I am against any of them, plus I have done my search and found that there are so many staggering similarities between Jesus and various other deities that got me convinced there's a certain mythos that resurfaces every now and then and is applied to a new religion. Plus, no historical data exists about Jesus in the first half of the 1st century. Why is that?

  • @menelaostube I am not a George Bush supporter, however, he only retaliated after the World Trade Centre incident. Do all priests sexually abuse children every day? Certainly not! I personally prosecuted sex offenders and can tell you that they came from various walks in life, including a politician and an army officer. So lets not concentrate on religion. Churches, even where i live, don't pay taxes the same as any other NOT FOR PROFIT organisations, because they are classed as charities.

  • @menelaostube prevail. You are assuming, according to your post what my beliefs are, and yes you are perfectly right that it is your nephews right to believe in Santa Claus and his reindeer, and why not....i did when i was small!!!!! You seem to be only concentrating on the Crusaders and all things Christian. Have you no knowledge of atrocities committed by other religions? No i was not aware of the Greek church being against the 1821 revolution. I would like to read more about it. All the best!

  • @menelaostube Your comment is inappropriate since it judges. How do you know that by making one icon blink He (Christ) did not save the soul of one extremaly weak and frail female that was standing in front of Him in awe? And, how do you know that the healing that this miracle provided to this woman's heart did not help others after?

  • @menelaostube We do not live in a perfect world , and there will always be people who twist religious teachings to suit their twisted minds. As an ex law enforcer i can give you lots of examples of "The voice of God made me do it" cases. Did you know that common law was based on the 10 commandments? Irrespective of how some of us think they were obtained. That is what i mean by principles, something, anything that will dictate to us what is good and what is

bad.Otherwise the law of the jungle wil
