This method also known as air bleeder.

I also call it double intake system. 1st intake from throttle body, 2nd intake from "ceramic ball", which you can find it from aquarium shop.

By using 2 point intake, it will helps to reduce the turbulance inside the plenum chamber. This will make easier air to be sucked into combustion chamber.

Note: Please put sponge infront of ceramic ball to make it last longer, less maintenance. If not filter, easy to get dirty.

Isn't there anyone out there who can translate what this guy is saying in English! I am really interested in what he is saying! If someone, anyone could just give me a quick outline of what his gas saving devices concist of I would greatly appreaciate it.

This method does not push too much extra air which can result "too lean"

It just stabilise the turbulance inside the plenum chamber. More stable air will goes into combustion chamber more effecttive..

well, not enough fuel, and you will burn too lean a mixture ... and you'll run hotter, ... and other damages can apply.
