Mmm. This was simply the best smelling, tasting and enjoyable brewing experience I've had. I've done a number of extract kits before. This was my first try at a partial mash kit. I honestly enjoyed this so much, I don't know that I'll want to go back to the simple extract kits. That said, the simple extract kits take about an hour and a half. This brew took about four hours. But I know it's going to be worth it.

The recipe I used was Dubble 'em Up from Midwest Brewing Supplies (I think I say Midwest Brewing in the video.) http://www.midwestsupplies.com
