im part of team flybar,if your a novice dont go straight to 12th or 8th band. each band is 20 lbs of weight so if you weigh 160 you want 9 or 10 bands, once they if it is compressing too easy bring it up a band, after 6-12 months you should set the bottom part of the band to the second setting. GOOD LUCK! enjoy the view

QUESTION: how long does the flybar bands take to wear in? i went straight to expert with full thrusters and bands snapped, got a new one on warrenty and keeping it on beginer for a week so they wear in and dont snap
