those bass test songs are alright but i cannot understand the hype, kk some people know their shit, they test their woofers to get the max out of them but there are many people who are just retarded and want to listen to music that has insane bass without knowing shit bout real music.

Just because you like to play this sometimes, doesn't mean something is wrong with you. Most speakers can play other music too. It is no big deal.

I didn't think the CLS-12 CV's had it in them. They got the fundamental of the lowest note without bottoming out and had low distortion, even at full power from my 100wpc PA amp. A lot of ported cabinets would have unloaded at that near subsonic frequency. Not real high db here like a high power car system, but the cleanest bass I have heard in a while. Cerwin Vega knows its stuff. Funny, 20 yrs ago, an honest 100w x 2 would have been a high powered system, esp w/CV speakers.
