  • I wonder what the pros and cons are of moving the stock instead of the tooling? I haven't seen any other lathe do that.

  • @adisharr The Bar Stock needs to be Centerless Ground. ID work must be finished befor OD work. But you can turn a very long very small diamiter.

  • Vidéo nette et bien cadrée + ralentis décomposant bien le mouvement des outils = vidéo plaisante et éducative. Merci

  • @digtos Thanks for the reply :)

  • Great video. These Citizen machines are ingenious indeed. We just had our first parts (qty: 2,000 pcs.) made on a Citizen in operation at a supplier here in Holland. The products are all in accordance with the set tolerances and competitively priced, too.

  • What in the hell...

  • *Head explodes*

  • Ive Programmed and setup Citizen M20/32's for 2 years in the medical field and they are amazing machines and extremely precise.

  • Finally, it's in slow motion. For the life of me, I can't figure how they cut the hexagon...now I know. I flunked Algebra, BTW. ;)

  • That is such an amazing process.
