Think about it.. He was saying that it's a conversation that I never had the chance to have. The song is all about what he wanted to say to John obviously, and the fact that he never did will likely fuck with him forever.

thanks for posting, i didnt catch all of this song on the night. wasnt it amazing how everyone was singing at the top of their voices throught the gig but during this song it was almost silent from start to finish. cheers
