Athanassios Parissis, member of the Macedonian ethnic minority party "Vinozhito" on the incidents in the Florina (Lerin) region in Aegean Macedonia denying the accusations of the Greek government and officials "Vinozhito would have incited the local Macedonian people to clash with the Greek Police and Army units and to provoke international attention".
Parissis explains the real reasons why some local ethnic Macedonians revolt because of the fact that the Army knowingly held the manoeuvres on the property of some ethnic Macedonian families using sickening and cancer-causing ammunition.
