材料:低筋麵粉400g、太白粉100g、黑糖蜜400g、雞蛋700g、沙拉油200g、水70g、小蘇打20g
(可製作3個8吋烤模的份量或29cm*39cm*5cm長方形鐵盤一份)

做法:
先把所有乾性粉類過篩,再將蛋、沙拉油與黑糖蜜加入並攪拌均勻,最後將小蘇打融入水中,再加入麵糊之中拌勻將麵糊到入模型中,以大火蒸25分鐘,撕去圍邊紙,灑上芝麻增添­香氣,就可以上桌享用。
