Verid Steele, a troubled man returning to his small hometown after many unhappy years away hoping to reclaim his life.

@agbook2007 more accurately "Angels and Demons" may be considered a bigger budget version of "Taffy Was Born". Though I prefer the latter.

I just saw the movie today. It was interesting, but I didn't sense enough closure at the end. I would describe this as a low-budget "Angels & Demons" psych-thriller.

The main opening theme was great! The lighting & sound was what to expect for a movie with such a budget.

There were a few notable holes in the movie...

I don't think the movie does a good job resolving the underlying questions the film raised. There are only threads of the original point: religion can be used for ill.

Okay... got me curious! It's a bit more "horror"-looking than my usual fare, but intriguing!

Let us know where to get it on download... and sorry it didn't get proper theatrical distribution. (It probably would've done well at The Bijou, our neighborhood "art" theatre.)
