Social Security, Welfare and entitlements in general. They all require "Somebody else" to pay so they can receive. Most recipients depend on it...they are chained to it. The payers are enslaved to the extent that they carry the entitlements, as taxes, as a burden on their productivity. Freedom for both is lost. In order for politicians to "give" something to someone, they have to" take" from someone because they don't spend their own money, they spend ours.(taxes) Short answer

People are clueless. Pointless protest, rallys, and faith in god is not going to change anything; it never has. and those rich guys leaving,well here is an example back from germany,there was / is a company that did produce refridgerators and yes payed their taxes,the gov't decided to raise the tax on them,so they left,guess what happen next ?12000 people got laid off ,unemployed,less income taxes because the lost the taxes from that company and from the employee's,you still think it is such a good idea that they leave ?? i dont think so,but thats just my opinion

...not the gov'ts money ,its OURS,because we worked for it ,we earned it due to our labor we gave,therefore i rather decide for myself what i do with MY money and want the goverment that just takes it from me for now reason and under penalty to be responsible with it,but thats aint gonna happen,anyhow i believe without the huge goverment and ss ,medicate ,medicare so on,it should be a state and comunity issue,like church and charity to give the elders the retirement they deserve

i dont think that it's true that the rich pay less,for example according to the 2009 IRS Tax table,if your earn $32000 that years you payed $4386 in taxes which is 13.7% of your income ,if you made $100894 you payed $372950 in taxes which is 35% of the income ,35% doesnt seem to be less than 13.7% to me,it seems to me 3times more earning means 3 times more taxes payed,but i think its a point to argue about,what is not to be argued about is ,we talk about OUR money....

...wouldnt it be better if YOU could take that money and invest it how YOU think it is best for you,which has the advantage of you knowing where YOUR money is and what it does FOR you or in other words you are responsible for your own future and would NOT have to rely on a goverment thats spends YOUR money,the elderly or those that payed in should get ALL of it PLUS interest back OUT again,but that aint gonna happen because it is ALL spend already, solution SELFRESPONSIBILITY
