@lovinit19791 - I usually put out a call for the local area car, who turns up and has "words" with the abusive scum. Usually they then fail the "attitude test" and get arrested properly to add to their £80 PND. A search and name check minimum. Works a treat, and keep our Police collegues happy as they always like an easy arrest.
