@Shadetree930 Shrouded type compressor housing whistles more than the standard housing regardless the manufacturer of the turbocharger.

Its not a stock turbo ... its a Garrett thus the sounds which is scrumpcilicious ...

Well clearly he was running at 55 MPH as instructed by speed sign at 1:15 mark.
