- CO2 = 73% Oxygen, 27% Carbon

- The earth as witness CO2 ppm in the range of 100-4400 ppm. We are now at 380 ppm

China is pinning it's "climate change" politicies to it's population.

Per person emissions since they are the most populated in the word.

What they are willing to do is reduce their emission thru population controls like one child per person.

This means they don'thave emissions targets to meet. They will do their part by tackling their growing population....this is something they are already doing for other reasons....Translation: They will not make any changes in their current policy.
